Title: ActiveAccess Account Manager
BIA
Information Network, LLC is looking for experienced sales professionals for our
Northern Virginia office to sell our Internet-based private label desktop
application service, ActiveAccess. Candidates must be polished, experienced
self-starters and highly motivated. Experience selling into and/or knowledge of
the interactive media space are desirable. Relevant experience selling web-based
applications or services, interactive marketing services, or online or print
advertising definitely preferred.
Requirements:
BIA’s
account executives are responsible for the identification, the pursuit of, and
the closing of new business through prospecting, proactive business-to-business
telemarketing, networking and on-site visits. Prefer those with experience
working with senior level executives. Must be able to perform against quota and
excel in a highly competitive market. Compensation commensurate with experience
and will include 401(k) plan eligibility, an employee company ownership program,
health, dental, disability, and paid time off.

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5+ years hands-on direct sales experience,
with proven track record in exceeding quota targets.

Driven to succeed attitude.

A hunter with a proven
track record of prospecting, developing, qualifying, and closing new
business.

Strong solutions-based
sales skills.

Excellent communications
and presentation skills that generate next action steps.

Technical aptitude - must
be able to learn web-based products/solutions to effectively communicate and
demonstrate them via phone, web conferences, and in-person meetings.

Proficient in all office
software including experience effectively use CRM software.

Good organizational and
time management skills.

Ability to work
individually and as part of a team.
